- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
- Clients are required to provide necessary information, content, and approvals on time.
3. Digital Products
- MeGro offers digital products such as reports, strategies, and consultation materials.
- These products are delivered electronically via email, WhatsApp, or other digital platforms.
- Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and other supported payment methods.
- MeGro does not store any payment-related information such as card details.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Payments made for digital services and products are non-refundable.
- Once a project has started or a digital product has been delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
- In case of duplicate payment or transaction error, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Delivery Policy
- Digital products (reports, strategies) are delivered within 24–72 hours of successful payment.
- Service delivery timelines vary based on project scope and will be communicated clearly before starting the project.
- Delays caused due to lack of client response or incomplete information are not the responsibility of MeGro.
7. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You agree not to misuse our services or engage in unlawful activities.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any login or access details provided.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and materials created by MeGro remain the property of MeGro unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients may use the delivered work for their intended business purpose but cannot resell or redistribute without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MeGro does not guarantee specific business results such as increased revenue, patient growth, or rankings.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not completed
- Misuse of services is identified
11. Changes to Terms
MeGro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
