At MeGro, we provide digital services and digital products such as reports, strategies, website design, and marketing solutions. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.


1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for digital services and digital products are non-refundable.
  • Once a project has been initiated or a digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Service-based projects cannot be cancelled after work has started.
  • If a cancellation request is made before the project begins, it may be considered at MeGro’s discretion.

3. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of duplicate payment or accidental transaction, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds for such cases will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Service Issues

  • If there is any issue with the service provided, clients are requested to contact us.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (only in valid cases such as duplicate payments) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the payment provider or bank.
