- All payments made for digital services and digital products are non-refundable.
- Once a project has been initiated or a digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Service-based projects cannot be cancelled after work has started.
- If a cancellation request is made before the project begins, it may be considered at MeGroβs discretion.
3. Duplicate Payments
- In case of duplicate payment or accidental transaction, the extra amount will be refunded.
- Refunds for such cases will be processed within 5β7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Service Issues
- If there is any issue with the service provided, clients are requested to contact us.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds (only in valid cases such as duplicate payments) will be processed within 5β7 working days.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the payment provider or bank.
